Summer Exhibition Opening
Live music + Artist talk
Join Breck Create for the opening reception of its two summer exhibitions: Tunnel Vision and The Door is Open. The first floor of the gallery features work by Megan Geckler, including a large scale installation and two-dimensional panel series made of flagging tape. Geckler will deliver an informal artist talk at 6pm.
The second floor is a retrospective exhibition of Gerald Clarke’s work featuring sculpture, painting, video and other media from the 1990s to today. Clarke will be in Breckenridge for several artist-led programs during the Breckenridge International Festival of Arts, Aug 16-25.
The reception features live music by Visiting Artist-in-Residence, Cipriano Ortega. Light refreshments are provided.
