This workshop is offered for young aspiring artists ages 8 -12, from beginners to those with some limited experience with painting instruction.
We will explore acrylic painting methods using a variety of techniques and tools, with an emphasis on color. Subjects of our paintings will range from still life to landscapes to abstract forms from our imaginations.
Instructor: Kia Neill
Class participants are required to check-in at Old Masonic Hall, 136 S. Main St., prior to class. Please use the Washington Ave side entrance.
Masks required for indoor programs for ages 2-11. While we’ve scheduled our programs to occur primarily outside, a change of weather might move activities indoors. Please have a facial covering on hand just in case.
To offer a high-quality experience for all participants, if you need to register for 4 or more spots, we recommend that you contact Drea Edwards at email@example.com to arrange a private youth class.
Please note that if your youth is struggling to maintain appropriate behaviors, remain engaged with the class activities or is compromising the safety of themselves or others after several redirections from the instructor, we will contact you to pick them up before the end of class. No refunds will be issued.
