ONLINE TICKETING + TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Q: How do I find a specific event or class?
A: When on the BreckCreate Calendar page, you may select a DATE, a CATEGORY or a GENRE for your search. In addition, you may easily change the view of the calendar by selecting an option under VIEW.
A: If you are using the general SEARCH box in the upper right of the screen, use the simplest search you can. You may find your results are better when searching on, for example, “Emmylou” instead of “EmmyLou Harris” or “BMF” instead of “Breckenridge Music Festival Concert”.
A: For Classes & Workshops – Please note class registration must be 24-48 hours in advance of the class date and time. If you are within that window, the class is no longer available for online registration. Please call the Arts District Hotline at (970) 453-3364
Q: I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the Account log-in page.
