Isak Heartstone

Discover one of renowned Danish artist Thomas Dambo’s enchanting troll-like creatures along a scenic forest trail on the outskirts of town. Based on woodland myth, the gentle giant is seated next to a rocky hillside, stacking stones. Made from recycled and reclaimed wood, the sculpture was built with the help of local volunteers who sourced scrap lumber and downed trees along the trail for its construction.

Isak Heartstone is Dambo’s first artwork in Colorado and a West Coast premiere of one of his world-famous trolls.
