In this class, students will explore the unique properties of glass, an amorphous solid that showcases properties similar to liquid. Students will focus on replicating natural shapes (like mushrooms and leaves), and will learn how to achieve consistent results. While this class is appropriate for beginners, students are welcome to attend multiple classes, which will provide the opportunity to progress into more complex natural forms (like snails and lizards).
Participants must be 15 or older to participate. The cost of the class includes glass, use of gas, and other studio equipment.
