BCA Management Team

Robb is responsible for providing vision, leadership, curatorial oversight, and management expertise in the areas of program development, financial planning, operations, marketing, and public relations. As an advocate for arts, culture and creative industries in Breckenridge, he serves as chief spokesperson on behalf of BCA and an entrepreneur identifying strategic opportunities and alliances. Together with BCA’s board and staff, Robb works with local artists, creative businesses, and cultural organizations to develop opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships within the themes of collaboration, capacity-building, and creative tourism.

Saam-WebSaam Golgoon, Director of Facilities + Technology | 970 453 3187 ext 2

Saam is responsible for managing facility scheduling, building maintenance and security, usage metrics, and technology integration within BCA’s portfolio of venues and programs. He works and collaborates with various industry and community constituencies, including resident companies, special event partners, commercial promoters and other user groups. In addition to facilities management, Saam is responsible for the overall planning, administration, maintenance and integrity of the organization’s network, communication, and database and e-commerce systems, while also managing technical support functions for all BCA digital platforms.

Matthew is responsible for managing a variety of facility and program needs, including venue and house management, artist services, and event operations. In addition to providing production support on various activities, he also oversees volunteer recruitment, usher coordination and training, and the maintenance of a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment for all patrons and visitors to BCA venues.

Susan-WebSusan Lyon, Senior Director of Finance + Administration | 970 453 3187 ext 5

Susan is responsible for managing BCA’s business operations, including financial, human resource, risk management, legal and administrative activities. In this capacity, she maintains accountability for understanding, interpreting, implementing and ensuring compliance with all administrative, fiscal and operational policies, procedures and guidelines of BCA. In addition, Susan works to cultivate an organizational culture of shared financial management, develops tools for forecasting and scenario planning, and brings financial perspective to strategic decisions.

Ken is responsible for managing production operations for a wide range of BCA programs and activities, including festivals, exhibitions and special events taking place in a variety of venues and public spaces. In this capacity, he directs event communications, logistics and on-site production support; oversees technical operations in BCA-managed facilities; and plans for ongoing capital improvements related to the cultural assets managed by the organization. In addition to liaising with town and community representatives on infrastructure needs, Ken works closely with resident and visiting companies on all production elements to ensure successful event execution.

Becca is responsible for managing initiatives in education, research and outreach in order to connect programs, tours, studio classes, exhibitions, and other BCA content to a wide variety of audiences, on-campus, online and offsite. As part of the curatorial team, Becca develops new methods for aiding visitors’ understanding of art, encouraging interdisciplinary thinking, and promoting creative, participatory learning experiences for diverse audiences.
