BCA Management Team

Robb is responsible for providing vision, leadership, curatorial oversight, and management expertise in the areas of program development, financial planning, operations, marketing, and public relations. As an advocate for arts, culture and creative industries in Breckenridge, he serves as chief spokesperson on behalf of BCA and an entrepreneur identifying strategic opportunities and alliances. Together with BCA’s board and staff, Robb works with local artists, creative businesses, and cultural organizations to develop opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships within the themes of collaboration, capacity-building, and creative tourism.

Kate is responsible for managing seven working studios and two guest artist live/work spaces on the Arts District campus, serving as liaison with artists, studio assistants and technicians, and other BCA staff. In addition, she assists in developing promotional materials that support campus activities and increase brand awareness, including web content management, graphic design, and digital marketing.


Jenn-WebJenn Cram, Director of Public Programs + Engagement

Jenn is responsible for managing the participatory public programs and engagement strategies for guests of all ages and experience levels within BCA’s educational and enrichment curriculum. In addition to overseeing the Breckenridge public art collection and campus programming for the Breckenridge Arts District, she guides the conceptualization, development, and implementation of program offerings in visual art and craft media, including studio workshops, exhibition opportunities, lectures, symposia, and conferences to help further BCA’s goal of bringing artists and the public together.


Saam-WebSaam Golgoon, Director of Operations + Facilities

Saam is responsible for managing venue rentals, scheduling, house services, information technology, and maintenance for all of BCA’s cultural facilities. He works and collaborates with various industry and community constituencies, including resident arts companies, special event partners, commercial promoters, and other facility users. In addition to assisting with talent buying and program development, Saam is responsible for contract compliance, facility administration, and providing general management support to the programs presented and produced by BCA.

Matthew is responsible for managing a variety of facility and program needs, including venue and house management, artist services, and event operations. In addition to providing production support on various programs, he also oversees volunteer recruitment, usher coordination and training, and the maintenance of a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment for all patrons and visitors to BCA venues.

Neal is responsible for managing event production and technical operations within BCA’s portfolio of programs and venues, most specifically at the Riverwalk Center. This includes oversight of stage operations, equipment maintenance and upgrades, design and structural needs, and onsite artist support. Neal works closely with production staff from resident and visiting companies in all technical aspects of advancing performances and ensures the successful execution of production requirements.

Susan is responsible for managing the administrative, financial, human resource, and business operations of BCA. In addition, she oversees all sales activities, including event ticketing, class registration, and customer service for both self-presented programs as well as other events within BCA facilities. With a focus on enhanced guest service, Susan directs a unified and personalized customer experience across all channels of BCA’s business strategy, driving patron satisfaction and financial results.

Ken is responsible for managing the planning and execution of variety of BCA special programs. He handles all aspects of production and project management, including: communications, event logistics and on-site support. In addition to working with town and community representatives on event infrastructure needs, Ken also provides technical and production support for other department initiatives.

Becca is responsible for managing initiatives in education, research and outreach in order to connect programs, tours, studio classes, exhibitions, and other BCA content to a wide variety of audiences, on-campus, online and offsite. As part of the curatorial team, Becca develops new methods for aiding visitors’ understanding of art, encouraging interdisciplinary thinking, and promoting creative, participatory learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Dana is responsible for managing ticketing operations, customer service and sales support for both BCA programs and parter events, while also promoting membership and group sales opportunities. With a focus on guest relations, she and her team work to create a consistently positive experience for patrons and visitors in a manner consistent with BCA’s mission and brand.


Jack-Kennedy-01Jack Kennedy, Executive Assistant + Office Mascot

Jack is responsible for greeting visitors to the Riverwalk Center ticket office, making daily rounds to staff offices to get attention, sharing his toy bone during team meetings, and generally sleeping on the job. He was adopted by BCA President, Robb Woulfe, and his wife from Golden Retriever Rescue of Michigan.
